Even more wonderful is the growth in my marriage and faith through this process. I can still scarcely believe that it all went through! That it is actually over! AND, to top it off, that I passed my ANCC board certification in Family Practice!
It was quite stressful, frankly, nearly all of it was. But, we mercifully get to move onto a new season, a new chapter of this journey. Honestly I have no idea what it will look like. We began this journey through obedience, and we will continue to walk where He leads. The road was not always paved…in fact, I believe there were a few thorn bushes that were chopped before us, but here we stand, the other side of the mountain. Praise God!
I hope to get some experience under my belt, but also spend as much time as I can with my little ones, they grow much too fast! SO, we will see where this journey takes us!
We are so grateful for the family and friends God has placed with us, without whom, this would have been impossible- the women I took the journey of the DNP with, who helped encourage me along the way, parents who have allowed us to live in their home- with our bundle of boys! Random gifts for childcare help and groceries, the encouraging calls, our church family…we are so grateful for all of you in our lives!
We realized that through God's miraculous provision (and our directed efforts), we could use the remainder of our savings to be completely debt free! We were able to pay off the remainder of hubby's school loans, and mine! Now, if we can just pray our current vehicles to last until we can save up for another…or God provides another, we will be fine, as we will- it has been awesome to see how God provides for our big and small needs, and how this process has done more for us than had we not moved at all!!
Now let us sing praises for His mercies and grace!
